TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services and facilities at The Reformery Yoga Centre L.L.C. By purchasing, booking, or participating in any of our classes, memberships, or related services, you agree to the following terms.

1.  Account Setup

To book classes at The Reformery Yoga Centre LLC, clients must create an account through our website or app. Clients must be 18 years old to create an account and attend classes. Written parental or guardian consent is required for individuals under 18 years of age. Memberships and packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

2. Class Bookings and Payments

Class and package pricing will be clearly displayed on our website and online booking system. Bookings can be made through the online timetable via the "Book Now" or "Pricing" tabs. Clients are responsible for completing bookings and payments correctly. Each package has a defined expiry date, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Limited-time offers may carry additional restrictions and expiry dates, which will be detailed in the terms of each specific offer.

3. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed once a booking confirmation has been received. Clients must receive confirmation before attending a class and are advised not to unsubscribe from email notifications. If a confirmation is not received, clients should contact us via email. Prices are subject to change at any time before we accept your booking. All classes offered by us are subject to availability. We do not guarantee availability at any time.

4. Studio Etiquette

To maintain a positive environment for all clients:

  • Arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class.
  • Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started.
  • To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be able to join the class.
  • Grip socks are mandatory for participation in all classes.
  • Mobile phones must be silenced and stored away during class.
  • Clients may take photos or videos for personal use, provided they do not disrupt the class and have received consent from any individuals captured in their content.

5. Health & Safety

  • Participation in classes is undertaken at your own risk.
  • By attending, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in physical activity.
  • Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to participating.
  • The Reformery shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained while on the premises or during class.
  • Grip socks are mandatory for participation in all classes. Clients who do not have grip socks may be refused entry to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for everyone. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases of classes and membership packages are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

We encourage new clients to begin with smaller packages to ensure The Reformery is a suitable fit location-wise, experience-wise, and stylistically before committing to long-term options.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may reserve classes up to 14 days in advance.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class time are considered late cancellations and will result in the forfeiture of the class.

8. Missed Classes / No-Shows

Failing to attend a reserved class without cancellation will be treated as a no-show. This will:

  • Result in the forfeiture of the class.
  • Apply a no-show strike to your account.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in additional fees or temporary booking restrictions.

9. Waitlists

If a class is fully booked, you may choose to join the waitlist. Should a spot become available, you will be notified. Waitlist positions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you decide to accept the available spot, a valid credit will be deducted or payment will be requested at that time. If you do not have a valid credit or fail to complete payment, the spot will not be allocated to you

10. Merchandise Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned under the following conditions:

  • A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase.
  • Store credit will be issued for up to 30 days following purchase.
  • A valid receipt is required for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

All sales of cosmetics products and supplements are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted.

11. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

Clients may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase for any unused class or package. After this period, no refunds will be granted except in cases of medical emergency or relocation, with proper documentation. All refunds are subject to VAT retention.

12. Package Sharing & Transferability

Class packages may be shared with other clients, provided they are used within the same geographic market in which they were purchased.

Memberships are strictly non-transferable and must be used solely by the individual member.

13. Price Changes

We reserve the right to amend class and package pricing periodically.

14. Children & Guests

For safety and the comfort of all participants:

Children and non-participating guests are not permitted in the studio during class sessions, unless otherwise specified for a designated event.

15. Instructor Substitutions & Schedule Changes

  • The Reformery reserves the right to substitute instructors or modify the class schedule without prior notice.
  • While cancellations are avoided where possible, we retain the right to cancel or reschedule classes when necessary.
  • If a class is cancelled by us, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone. You may choose to have the class credit returned to your account, transferred to another class, or refunded in full.

By enrolling and participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept this environment as part of your experience at The Reformery.

19. Membership Pause Policy

Members are entitled to one (1) membership pause of up to one (1) month within a twelve (12) month period.

To request a pause, members must email hello@reformerypilates.com with their request and specific dates they wish the pause to be applied. The request must be submitted in advance to allow sufficient time for processing.

20. Pre- and Postnatal Policy

Pre-natal: Clients with existing Reformer experience and clearance from their healthcare provider may attend Level 1 classes (For/You) with Abbie up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. Exceptions may be made for experienced clients to attend For/Flow classes. From 20 weeks onwards, clients must join the For/Nurture class, designed for all pregnancy stages up to 35 weeks. Please inform your instructor in advance.

Post-natal: Clients may return after receiving clearance from their healthcare provider, typically 6–8 weeks post-birth. We recommend starting with at least 8 For/You classes before progressing to For/Flow (Level 2).

21. Discount Codes and Coupons

Occasionally, discount codes may be offered. These may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of promotion. Codes may apply only to specific sessions. If a session booked using a discount code is cancelled, our standard cancellation policy applies. We reserve the right to withdraw any discount code at any time and to refuse usage if abuse or misuse is suspected. Clients found to have misused codes may have future bookings declined.

22. Promotional Offers

We may run promotions, offers, and competitions from time to time. These may have their own terms and conditions. We reserve the right to end any promotion without prior notice. Misuse (including creating multiple accounts or self-referral) may result in the cancellation of future bookings. Any promotional prizes must be claimed within 20 days of winner notification and may be fulfilled within 45 days. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with class credits of equal value.

23. Client Communication

Clients may contact us at hello@reformerypilates.com. We may contact clients via the contact information provided in their account. Our Privacy Policy governs how personal data is managed.

24. Fitness and Health

Clients confirm they are in good health and capable of participating in physical exercise. Any medical conditions must be disclosed to the instructor before class. Clients are required to complete a health and safety questionnaire before their first session and update it if their condition changes. Participation is at the client’s own risk. Clients are advised to seek medical advice before starting or resuming classes, especially post-surgery, pregnancy, or with cardiovascular concerns. The Reformery Yoga Centre L.L.C reserves the right to refuse participation if health risks are identified.

25. Limitation of Liability

The Reformery Yoga Centre L.L.C is not responsible for specific instructors, sessions, or equipment availability. Changes to schedules or facilities may be made without notice. Clients accept responsibility for their own fitness to participate and agree that advice given by instructors is not a substitute for medical advice. The studio is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where liability cannot be legally excluded. Participation indicates acceptance of these terms.

26. Personal Belongings

Clients bring personal belongings to the studio at their own risk. The studio accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any items.
